Silence the Noise in Your Mind: Tinnitus (Ringing in the Ears) Treatment
You are no longer a prisoner of that endless ringing, whistling, or humming sound that prevents you from sleeping at night and turns silence into a nightmare. Instead of viewing tinnitus as "an unavoidable fate," we investigate its root cause with modern audiological tests and restore the deep silence and peace you so desperately need through personalized sound therapies and cellular support treatments.
What is Tinnitus (Ringing in the Ears) and What Causes It?
Tinnitus is the sensation of a constant sound (ringing, buzzing, wind noise, heartbeat) inside one's own head or ear, even when there is no external sound source. It's not a disease itself, but rather a "cry for help" from an underlying problem. The most common cause is damage to the microscopic hair cells in the inner ear (cochlea) that are sensitive to sound, due to exposure to loud noises, aging, or stress. These damaged cells continuously send "incorrect electrical signals" to the brain's auditory center, which the brain perceives as sound. Neck herniations, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) problems, vitamin deficiencies (especially B12), or blood pressure problems can also trigger tinnitus. Our goal is not just to suppress this sound, but to retrain the brain's mechanism for perceiving it.
- Those whose ringing intensifies incredibly, especially at night when they go to bed in silence.
- Those who hear persistent noises in their ears, similar to a ringing sound, a machine sound, a waterfall sound, or a cricket sound.
- Those who experience hearing loss, a feeling of fullness in the ear, or dizziness accompanied by tinnitus
- Those who suffer from tinnitus, resulting in difficulty concentrating, chronic fatigue, insomnia, and anxiety (stress).
- Those who have been in high-noise environments in the past (gunshots, concerts, factories)
Instead of saying "get used to living with it," we find the cause and solve it.
Comprehensive Audiological Analysis
Before starting treatment, the frequency (whether it's high-pitched or low-pitched) and intensity of the tinnitus are measured using special tests. Any hidden hearing loss accompanying the tinnitus is mapped with millimeter precision.
Medical and Cellular Therapy
If metabolic problems (vitamin/mineral deficiency, high blood pressure, high cholesterol) that impair blood flow to the inner ear or weaken nerve transmission are detected, special drug/serum protocols that directly address these deficiencies by opening blood vessels and repairing nerves are applied.
Masking and TRT Therapy
White noise or nature sounds integrated into hearing aids mask the frequency of tinnitus. The brain focuses on the new and soothing sound, and over time forgets the original tinnitus (Re-education Therapy).
Frequently Asked Questions
Can tinnitus (ringing in the ears) completely, 100%, go away?
If the cause of tinnitus is a temporary issue such as earwax buildup, middle ear infection, or high blood pressure, the tinnitus will completely disappear once the root cause is treated. However, if there is permanent damage to the nerve cells in the inner ear (acoustic trauma, old age), the sound may not completely disappear. But with the masking and TRT therapies we apply, the intensity of the sound is reduced to such an insignificant level in your brain that it will never bother you again in your daily life or while sleeping.
Do stress and sadness worsen tinnitus?
Absolutely yes. Our auditory system is directly connected to the brain's emotion and stress center (limbic system). During periods of stress, fatigue, or sleep deprivation, your brain stays more alert, perceiving a threat and amplifying the tinnitus sound like an alarm. Stress management is one of the most important pillars of our treatment.
I only hear it at night when I'm sleeping, not during the day. Is this normal?
This is very normal and the most common situation. During the day, surrounding traffic, television, or conversations naturally mask (cover) your tinnitus. However, when silence falls at night, the brain, unable to find another sound to focus on, directly focuses on that damaged signal (tinnitus) in the inner ear and perceives the sound's intensity as enormous.
Is tinnitus a sign of deafness? Will I become deaf in the future?
Tinnitus alone is not a sign of deafness; it will not cause deafness. However, a large percentage of patients with tinnitus have co-occurring early-stage hearing loss, often due to age or noise exposure. Therefore, a detailed hearing test (audiometry) should be performed to prevent further hearing loss.
