PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (KVKK) INFORMATION TEXT

1. Data Controller

Your collected personal data is kept confidential in accordance with privacy rules and will absolutely not be shared with any third party, institution, or company unless required by law (e.g., Ministry of Health regulations or requests from judicial authorities).

4. Method and Legal Basis for Personal Data Collection

Your personal data is automatically collected electronically when you fill out the contact form on our website. This data is processed based on the legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law), namely "being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract", "enabling the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations" and "explicit consent".

5. Rights of the Data Subject

In accordance with Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), you have the right to inquire whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it is being processed, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and to request its deletion by contacting our clinic.
