A Flawless Profile in Just 15 Minutes: Non-Surgical Nose Reshaping (Nose Filler)
Are you bothered by a hump, asymmetry, or drooping nasal tip? Achieve that straight and elegant nose profile you've always dreamed of instantly with nose fillers – a non-surgical, incision-free procedure with no recovery time, even during your lunch break.
What is Nose Filling and What Problems Does it Solve?
Nose filler (Non-surgical rhinoplasty) is a procedure to reshape the nose by injecting hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers into the bridge and tip of the nose with millimeter precision. This procedure fills in depressions in the nasal bone, concealing the hump, supports and lifts a downward-pointing nasal tip, and corrects any asymmetries. It is an extremely comfortable "camouflage" technique that makes the nose appear much straighter, more elegant, and harmonious with the face, without breaking the bone or requiring general anesthesia.
- Those who have a prominent arch (protrusion) on their nose when viewed from the side profile.
- Those whose noses droop downwards when they laugh or talk.
- Those who have previously had rhinoplasty but still have minor depressions/asymmetries.
- Those who are afraid of rhinoplasty surgery or do not have time for the recovery process
- Those who want to see how a straightened nose would look on their face before deciding on surgery
How do we optically reduce the size of your nose while adding volume?
The most common question my patients ask is: 'Doctor, if you put filler in my nose, won't it look even bigger?' My answer as Dr. Nurten Küçük is clear: No, thanks to optical illusion. A hooked nose always appears larger and more noticeable than it is due to light refraction. When we fill the top and bottom of the hook with filler, creating a straight line, even though your nose physically gains millimeters of volume, it appears much smaller, more elegant, and aesthetically pleasing from the outside because the light reflection is corrected. The nasal area is very sensitive in terms of its vascular network; it is vital that this procedure is performed by a Facial Surgery specialist who is thoroughly familiar with nasal anatomy.
Lunchtime Aesthetics
An anesthetic cream is applied before the procedure. There are no incisions, stitches, or casts. The procedure is completed in a very short time, just 15 minutes, and you will feel no pain.
Instant Change, Zero Trace
As soon as the procedure is finished, you'll see that perfectly straight and upturned nose instantly when you look in the mirror. There's no need for hospitalization or rest at home; you can return to work immediately.
Lasts 1-1.5 years
Because the nose is not a mobile area where facial muscles are heavily used (unlike the lips or eye area), the lifespan of nasal fillers is longer than in other areas; they typically last 12-18 months.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will nasal filler solve my breathing problems (polyp growth, bone curvature)?
No. Nose fillers are purely a camouflage procedure aimed at "external appearance" (aesthetics). Anatomical problems that hinder breathing, such as cartilage curvature (deviation) inside the nose or nasal turbinate hypertrophy (enlargement of the turbinates), can only be resolved with a surgical operation (septorhinoplasty).
I wear glasses; can I wear glasses after filler treatment?
To ensure the filler we place on the bridge of your nose maintains its shape and doesn't become compressed, we recommend avoiding heavy, bone-framed glasses or sunglasses for the first 1-2 weeks after the procedure. You can then resume normal use.
Is nose filler a risky procedure?
The bridge and tip of the nose house a network of critical blood vessels leading to the eyes and brain. Incorrect injections performed by unskilled hands can lead to serious tissue loss. However, when performed by a physician with a mastery of nasal anatomy as advanced as an ENT/Facial Surgeon, using cannula (blunt-tipped needle) systems and the correct technique, it is an extremely safe procedure.
Will my nose look worse than before if the filler dissolves over time?
Absolutely not. Hyaluronic acid is safely absorbed and eliminated by the body over time. Once the effect of the filler has completely worn off, your nose will simply return to its natural state (hugging or drooping) before the procedure. It will not cause any sagging or deformation.
